Mel Deaver Community Building

The Mel Deaver Community Building is located downtown at 1116 Main St. and can be rented after 3pm weekdays or all hours on Saturdays and Sundays. Reservations are made through the City Office at 785-284-2158. Rental price for profit groups is $30 per day, and for other occasions, it is $25 per day. There is a kitchen with a stove, refrigerator and microwave for your use. Utensils are not included. The building must be cleaned after use and cleaning tools are provided. There is a fenced play area attached but owned by SAbetha Community Preschool and is for their private use.
