The Meeting Room on Main
The Meeting Room on Main is the renovated west side of the Main Event. It has an occupancy of 60 with its own entrance and has a partial kitchen that includes a sink, refrigerator and a microwave. There is a serving bar in the corner of the meeting room. There are men's and women's restrooms. There are 8-60" diameter tables and seating for 60. There is a separate thermostat for this area.
There is a refundable deposit of $250.00 to hold your reservation, and the daily fee is $150.00. This does not include use of the Main Event, its bathrooms or kitchen. The fee for that area is an additional $150.00 per day. The key may be picked up by 8:00 a.m. the date of your event.
Call City Hall to check availability, download the lease agreement, and turn it in with the deposit. Payment for your event will be due when picking up keys. Deposit will be returned upon inspection of cleanup.
